Product description:
BD7043 slurry pump repair material is the high performance wear resistant corrosion resistant materials which 
compounded by high performance abrasion resistant material and modified toughening resin.Large particles,room 
temperature for curing.This product is the upgrade product of BD7041,the wear resistant performance is 30% 
higher than the BD7041.Used in the repairing of mine slurry pumps and repairing other equipment of suffering 
from serious erosive wear.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting and so on, the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned,
the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.(Make the undercoat BD406 mix uniformly according to the specified ratio,then blade coating on the surface of the metal 
substrates,after that waiting for the undercoat initial curing)
 
2.Configure: according to the weight ratio or volume ratio 3:1,make the A and B two components mix uniformly,
then use it up within 30 min.Generallywhile it’s construction and configuring adhesives,every time the largest 
configuring quantity should not be more than 2Kg,too much adhesive is solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up 
until partial adhesive has been solidified and can’t be used. If the temperature is low,you can properly heat up 
the A component to reduce viscosity for easy to configure.
 
3.Coating: when the primer just initial curing,make mixed-up material spread coating on the pending-repair area layer by layer,compress the coating to be solid,the suitable coating thickness is 4-10mm,the most thickness can be 30mm,repair the surface to be smooth after the coating coat in the suitable size,
this material can’t do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing 
interference phenomenon in the assembly.
 
4.Curing:Cure for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree before using,(If you can heat it up to the temperature 
60-80 degree,keep this temperature for 2 hours, in this way,can improve 30% comprehensive performance) 
If the temperature is below 5 degree,should heat it up or prolong curing time to promote the curing.General 
construction in winter,you can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance 
from the coating.
 
Packaging specification:
20Kg/group,packed in a plastic drum. A component: 15Kg/drum, B component: 5Kg/drum.
 
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place. The warranty period is 1 year. 
2.Avoid placing it upside down, knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product during transportation.
